Many regional Design Centers have recently opened their exclusive doors to the public. Where formerly the showrooms allowed ONLY the registered interior design trade, a new open door policy has been established to allow browsers to come in. Any sale transaction must still be officiated by a trade member, but NOW, you can take your time and peruse the merchandise freely... look, touch and sit in the furniture. If you know what you want, power shop on your own and we will facilitate the sale in your local trade-only Design Center showrooms.
Here's how it works:
Visit the showrooms and write down the manufacturer name and item number. We will obtain pricing and lead time and any detailed information you may need before ordering. We will track your order, request cuttings for approval of dye lots, wood samples and keep you informed of order status. When the item arrives at our local warehouse, we will notify you and set up a professional in-house, white glove delivery with a trusted service. We will assist in troubleshooting any post-delivery concerns.
To be clear, this is NOT an interior design service, simply a service to assist in obtaining exclusive goods chosen by YOU, and sold to you at a discounted price. If your needs are such that you would like help with basic shopping guidelines, we offer an hourly rate to help steer you in the right direction. And of course, we offer FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN and PROJECT OVERSIGHT.
